The main mission will be to ensure the maintenance and support of the platform, guaranteeing continuous operation and proper management of privileged identities.
Administer, maintain, and optimize the CyberArk Privilege Cloud platform (including on-premises modules).
Collaborate closely with the client to ensure quality, effective communication, and SLA compliance.
Hands-on experience in CyberArk administration (Cloud and/or On-prem).
Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and security best practices.
Knowledge of incident and change management (ITSM, preferably ServiceNow).
Ability to work in an agile environment.
