Junior Operations Associate

Job Description

This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role supporting Speedy Tigers’ daily operations. It entails working as a key point of contact locally, helping manage logistics, vendors, community partners, and ad-hoc operational needs as they arise. In this role, you will work closely with the founders and internal remote teams, as well as play an important role in making sure things run smoothly day to day.

Responsibilities

• Act as a local point of contact for Speedy Tigers in Kuala Lumpur, working out of our Mont’ Kiara office
• Support day-to-day operational needs, including coordination with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and stock-related matters as required
• Support retail and on-ground initiatives, including in-store activations and promotions
