We are seeking a Junior Operations Coordinator to join our team.This role is ideally suited for a new graduate who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, enjoys taking on new tasks, learning daily and takes pride in getting the details right.
This is a full time permanent in office role within our tight knit team with excellent opportunity to grow and develop and take on progressive responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day‑to‑day operational workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks that support recruiting, onboarding, and administration
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and internal databases aligned with NSB-Omega’s quality and compliance standards
