Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee daily operations for retail store and factory
• Coordinate with stores, factory, and suppliers on sales orders, production, and inventory
• Handle data entry with accuracy, proper organisation, and timely updates
• Streamline and plan factory workflow and production schedules for efficiency
• Manage deliveries between Singapore and overseas boutiques / partners
• Identify and resolve production or inventory issues
• Provide admin support, documentation, and filing
• Handle customer enquiries and appointments (offline/online)
• Organise and manage inventory, including fabric, forms, and office/workshop supplies
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required
