Hands-on, curious, structured and eager to learn across different areas of operations
Calm, service-minded and comfortable interacting with guests
Able to work within a small, creative team environment
Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus)
Available to live and work in Melides; comfortable with seasonal rhythms
Driving licence required
Your contribution
Support daily guest house operations with a focus on Rooms, Well-being and F&B
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure high standards of cleanliness and detail
Be present on site for guest arrivals, check-ins, check-outs and concierge-style support
Support small-scale events such as weddings, retreats and private gatherings
Maintain supplier relationships, stock control and smooth day-to-day logistics
