We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to support our operational activities in Iberia. This role focuses on daily operations, driver support, and ensuring smooth execution of vehicle movements.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and operational requests from drivers.

- Support drivers with day-to-day operational questions and incidents.

- Brief and onboard new drivers before their first assignment.

- Manage driver activations and deactivations.

- Support general operational processes across Iberia.

- Identify and report recurring operational issues.
