Junior Operations

You will be responsible for Operations related duties for Peninsula's Singapore office, daily scopes including the continuous monitoring of vessels eta changes, terminals/cargo sales, purchases, and barge logistics. Close coordination with various parties like shipping agencies, suppliers, customers, terminals, and inspections companies to support the whole chain of supply and full responsibility for all post-trade activities.

You need to be well-organised, meticulous, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills throughout the complete operations process.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Closely coordinating with counterparties including shipping agents, suppliers, ex-wharf providers, customers, surveyors, and traders for all operational aspects.
• Checking all Post-trade deals/confirmations to ensure all details are correct as per fixtures.
