We are looking for a social native Junior Creative Copywriter for Ads (Copy & Concept) , someone who truly understands how content behaves on social, both organic and paid, and knows why certain formats stop the scroll and others don't.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance. You'll help shape social first concepts, UGC style scripts, hooks and messaging designed specifically for Meta and TikTok ads. You'll work closely with designers, video editors and performance marketers to turn insights, trends and formats into high performing ads. We're looking for someone curious about what works, why it works, and how to build concepts that are born for social feeds, not adapted to them.

Location:

This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain) . You'll be working closely with our international marketing team in a dynamic, collaborative office environment.

What You'll Do

Creative Ideation & Concept Development

  • Generate creative concepts for paid social ads, including hooks, storylines, and content angles.
  • Write short-form ad copy, headlines, and CTAs optimized for performance and platform behavior.
  • Develop scripts and shot lists for UGC-style and branded video ads.
  • Translate marketing goals and insights into clear creative directions for production.

Performance-Oriented Creativity

  • Support the creation of multiple creative variations for A/B testing across audiences and funnel stages.
  • Collaborate with performance teams to understand results and iterate concepts accordingly.
  • Continuously learn from what's working on Meta and TikTok and apply those learnings to new ideas.

Brand & Messaging

  • Ensure that all messaging aligns with Impress brand voice and tone.
  • Adapt messaging to different audiences, treatments, and funnel stages.
  • Help evolve brand storytelling while maintaining clarity and trust in a healthcare context.
  • Adapt concepts and copy to different markets, audiences and funnel stages.

Collaboration & Production Support

  • Work closely with designers, video editors, and motion designers to bring concepts to life.
  • Provide clear creative briefs and feedback during production.
  • Participate in creative reviews and brainstorming sessions.
  • Support content calendars and campaign launches with timely delivery of copy and concepts.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree or training in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or related field (or equivalent portfolio).
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively in short formats.
  • High level of Spanish and English (written and spoken), able to work in an international environment and write ad copy in English.
  • Interest in digital advertising and social media platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.
  • Basic understanding of how paid social ads work (funnels, testing, performance metrics).
  • Ability to think conceptually and propose multiple creative angles for the same objective.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
