Our client is current looking for an experienced
Junior Payroll Specialist for a 12 month contract
to be working from
Bern, Switzerland

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting with daily post, scanning and store
• Answering eMail and Tickets
• Ticket verschieben (SNOW Ticket system) - need support to move Tickets to the right person in Team
• Arbeitgeberbescheinigungen (Unemployment form)
• EO Karte (Military card)
• Mutterschaft (Maternity calculation).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
• Basic understand of Swiss Payroll
