Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and update of payroll records and files
  • Collect, review, and process payroll-related information (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of payroll reports
  • Perform data entries and updates in the ERP system
  • Support payroll reconciliation and verification processes
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance departments
