Understand demand and allocate the firm’s Audit resources efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.Ensuring early engagement in the engagement planning process to drive a positive employee experience through alignment of people capabilities to project needs creating positive business outcomes. Your key responsibilities
Keep the planning tool up to dateIdentify planning conflicts and propose adequate solutions.Support the integration and orientation of new hires through the construction of their planning.Review and approve vacation requests according to planning constraints and general guidelines.Ensure efficient utilization of the auditor’s time.Acting as back-up for other Planning team members.
