The opportunity

  • Understand demand and allocate the firm’s Audit resources efficiently.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

  • Ensuring early engagement in the engagement planning process to drive a positive employee experience through alignment of people capabilities to project needs creating positive business outcomes.
  • Your key responsibilities 

  • Keep the planning tool up to date

  • Identify planning conflicts and propose adequate solutions.

  • Support the integration and orientation of new hires through the construction of their planning.

  • Review and approve vacation requests according to planning constraints and general guidelines.

  • Ensure efficient utilization of the auditor’s time.

  • Acting as back-up for other Planning team members.
