Job Description

As a Junior Executive – Planning & Strategy, you’ll work closely with planners, creatives, and digital teams to decode briefs, dig into research, spot patterns, and help turn insights into strong brand and digital strategies. This is a learning-heavy, thinking-first role at the heart of an agency.


Responsibilities:

  • Break down client briefs and business problems into clear, simple takeaways.
  • Understand the client’s world, brand, category, competition, and the agency’s role.
  • Read reports (sales, market, trend, culture) and extract what actually matters.
  • Support brand thinking with a basic understanding of branding fundamentals (emotional vs rational, branded vs unbranded).
  • Research trends, culture, categories, and competitors and present sharp summaries.
  • Know the difference between an observation and a real insight (and aim for the latter).
