Responsibilities

  • Manage entry of treaties and facultative accounting and underwriting entries.
  • Enter Terms and Conditions (T&C) into the accounting system accurately.
  • Check contractual T&C, submit to underwriters for signature and highlight ambiguities or changes.
  • Process accounts and claims advices.
  • Clarify discrepancies of accounts and claims with underwriters, claim experts, cedents and brokers.
  • Manage low‑complexity accounts following standard procedures under guidance of a senior manager.
  • Manage cash flow including setting up client bank accounts, processing outgoing/incoming payments and following up pending payments and open balances.
  • Perform Internal Control System (ICS) controls according to relevant guidelines and proactively support underwriters in the performance of these controls.
