Junior Pricing Analyst

To succeed in our goal, we’re now looking for a Junior Pricing Analyst to help us make it happen.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured analyses on markets, competitors, and customer segments to support pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions.
- Perform quantitative analyses on revenue, usage, and customer data to support decision‑making and identify insights and opportunities.
- Co‑own the management of product and pricing master data together with the Pricing Manager, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability across products and markets.
- Support the development and documentation of pricing processes and governance, helping establish clear ways of working across a growing Nordic portfolio.
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, Commercial, and Finance teams to align pricing‑related data structures, definitions, and processes.
- Contribute to management‑ and board‑ready materials, including analyses, narratives, and presentation content for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of market, competitor, and customer analysis, with an interest in applying analytical insights to pricing and commercial decision‑making.
- Interest in business processes and operational structures, including documenting, improving, and aligning ways of working across teams.
- Ability to work with data: strong Excel skills for structuring, cleaning, and analyzing datasets.
- Comfort working with structured, detail‑oriented tasks, such as maintaining product and pricing master data, while also contributing to higher‑level analyses.
- Experience producing clear, well‑structured materials, such as presentations or written analyses, from coursework, projects, or internships.
- Strong communication skills in English; Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage.
- A curious and proactive mindset, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to adapt your approach as you gain experience.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience or exposure to pricing, packaging, monetization, commercial analytics, strategy, finance or consulting.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription economics, or usage‑based pricing concepts.
- Experience working with large or complex datasets, data models, or master data structures.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for analysis or reporting.
- Experience collaborating in cross‑functional environments (Product, Finance, Sales).
- Experience in creating structured presentations or analytical narratives for non‑technical audiences.
Benefits & Compensation
Fixed‑term full‑time position, flexible hybrid model. Locations: Espoo, Oslo, Stockholm. Internship period May‑September. Salary: 2500 EUR / 27 000 SEK / 30 000 NOK (depending on location).
