Responsibilities

• Dynamic and creative with energy and problem‑solving in a fast paced environment
• Production support on campaigns including managing talent for shoots, contracts and travel arrangements
• Learn the client processes to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
• Build trackers to manage deliveries across campaigns
• Assist in building presentation decks
• Booking and managing post production resource
• Research established and emerging talent and tech innovations
• Track all projects on AdGreen and ensure data entries are complete
• Understand HWW finance systems to raise JNs, estimates, PO’s and track finances on a job
