About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Producer to support our production team across a range of projects—from digital content and social media videos to branded campaigns and shoots. This is an entry-to-mid level role ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, strong coordination skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist producers and project leads in the end-to-end production process
Coordinate pre-production activities: schedules, shoot logistics, location scouting, permits, cost estimate, etc.
Communicate with internal teams (creative, design, marketing) and external vendors
Handle production documentation: call sheets, shot lists, talent releases, and budgets
Manage day-of-shoot requirements including equipment, crew, and client servicing
Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals post-production
Source and liaise with freelancers, editors, stylists, or other collaborators
Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all final outputs
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a production, media, or creative environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic understanding of video/photo production workflows
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with tight timelines and shifting priorities
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or any production software
A keen interest in content, culture, and creativity
Good to Have experience on set or in post-production environments
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of social media formats and branded content
