Junior Product Designer

​​WHAT YOU’LL DO​

As a Junior Product Designer, you’ll support the design process and contribute to creating commercial, trend-driven products that reflect H&M’s Brand direction values and vision. In this role, you will help design regionally adapted collections for Northeast and Southeast Asia, balancing brand DNA with local market needs, with a focus on our female customer, ensuring products are relevant and desirable.

You will: 

• Assist in developing components and support the Product Designer throughout the design process.
• Prepare accurate product specifications and artworks using 2D/3D tools for efficient sampling.
• Review prototypes and samples, making necessary adjustments to achieve the right fit and look.
• Keep assortment overviews updated and monitor selling performance.
• Use insights from fashion trends, competitors, and customer behavior to influence design decisions.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​

You’ll collaborate with the Product Designer and work with Suppliers across to deliver collections that meet customer needs and business objectives.

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people with…

• A degree in fashion design or equivalent experience.
• Strong sense of color, trends, and commercial appeal
• Basic knowledge of materials, trims, and garment construction.
• Skilled in design software and visualization tools.

• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, including English (spoken and written).
