Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Close collaboration with our sales team, R&D team, customers and factories to develop new products for different markets

  • Conduct general market and design research for potential product ideas, play features and toy trends

  • Brainstorm, propose and develop design concepts (for both boys and girls between 1 and 8 years of age)

  • Communicate through design sketching and rendering, model making and 3D prints

  • Provide technical drawings in 2D and 3D, color information, functional diagrams, label designs as well as other design related materials

  • Handle project management and ensure proper documentation
