Controls & Systems

  • Strong understanding of 12V battery systems, power distribution, and electrical load management in automotive applications
  • Create the architecture diagram with software tool (Adobe tools preferred)
  • Create the ground data with software tool (Adobe tools preferred)
  • Do the Low Voltage Power Supply with the Junction boxes schematics and Wirelist
  • ECU topology and network communication (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay)
  • Strong practical knowledge of harness architecture and connector Specification
  • Strong understanding of relay operation and fuse selection principles for automotive fuse box
