Are you a high-potential professional with an initial year of experience in FinTech or Banking? We are looking for a Junior Production Support & QA Analyst to join our Fixed Income & Rates Technology team in Lisbon.
This is a unique opportunity to gain front-to-back exposure to global capital markets. You will be mentored by senior experts while supporting mission-critical platforms during the NY/LATAM trading session (finishing at 10:00 p.m. Lisbon time).
What You'll Do:
Front Office Support: Learn the art of rapid incident triage. You'll assist traders and business users, helping to resolve technical and functional issues during live market hours.
Hands-on QA Testing: Execute functional and regression tests for trading platforms. You'll be responsible for ensuring that trade bookings and risk figures are accurate before they go live.
