Junior Project Controller (Commercial)

2-3 Years Experience

Permanent role based in UAE

Oversee and maintain up-to-date billing system.

Ensure proper follow ups with Project Managers for timely preparation of invoices.

Verify all services are invoiced according to payment plan and contractual terms.

Ensure timely submission of invoices to customers.

Follow up with customers on payments, monitor non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and report them to the

Commercial Manager.

Prepare reports of invoicing status, received payments and debtor

ageing.

Process incoming invoices from external parties and internal

group companies.

Support the Commercial Manager in commercial and controlling

functions.

Conduct project evaluation and prepare project commercial reports.
