Junior Project Coordinator (Plantation)

Sern Kou Group is a Public Listed Company in Malaysia. Our company is expanding the business to the upstream sector in sustainable plantation development activities at the state of Kelantan.

This role is based in Petaling Jaya Support Office.

Job Scope

To assist the Project Team in managing plantation operations, including planning, organizing, directing, executing, maintaining, and reporting plantation progress on planting development and harvesting.

To travel to Kelantan as a team, when necessary, to assist in auditing site planting schedules, environment protection, asset maintenance, site safety, etc.

To maintain close communication with the site team to keep track of day-to-day operations.

To monitor and expedite project plan progress through reminders to ensure timely and quality outputs.

To ensure the site facility adheres to standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness, and regulatory requirements.
