Project Description:

We are looking for a Delivery Consultant/Coordinator to manage all the operational activities for growing business in Banking and Capital Markets Team.


Responsibilities:

  • Management of Recruitment, Staffing, and Operations for India-wide accounts for Luxoft India.
  • Creation and maintenance of high-quality management reports.
  • Lead and Support communications with clients & internal stakeholders
  • Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets.
  • Collate, monitor, and present delivery artifacts within the governance reporting framework.
  • Work closely with support functions for onboarding/ offboarding activities
  • Work closely with team members to ensure all documentation (timesheets, invoices, skills matrix of teams, etc.) are up to date.
  • Build team cohesion by organizing fun activities for the accounts owned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.


Mandatory Skills Description:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Delivery Management
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong at operational activities (record keeping, status monitoring, reporting, etc.) and Management reporting
  • Act as a POC from the delivery Team for Recruitment activities
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to track a diverse set of activities
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership


Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  • Prince 2 /CAPM Certification
