Junior Project Engineer for Implementation and

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Engineer who will lead the implementation of our ERP system and manage operations at our stores. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or someone about to graduate in the fields of Mechanical, Electromechanical, or IT Engineering to grow their skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead the implementation of an ERP system.
Actively participate in store operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of all jobs and responsibilities. This includes acting as a store manager for an initial period of 3 months.
Source and organize technical and maintenance classes for store employees.
Work alongside the supply chain and IT teams on improvement projects, taking charge of the administrative part of internal logistics.
Some travel required to Monterrey, Riviera, Guadalajara, Querétaro, and San Miguel.
