Our client, a national general contractor is looking for a JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- At start of project reviews, quotations and plans for completion date, budget, construction schedule and processes, staffing requirements, sub-trades
- Leads, communicates continuously with the site supervisor to ensure that all construction activities are progressing according to terms-of-reference,
- Budget and timelines (checklists, supply lists, delivery dates, etc.)
- Continuously ensures strict and timely management and control of all assignment expenses, billings, extras, change orders and construction costs
- Reviews construction documents /shop drawings for consistency with our client’s professional and quality standards
- Assists Estimation with the development of bid packages, communication with approved list of bidders, qualification
