We're hiring – Junior Project Manager (Service Governance)
We're hiring a Junior Project Manager to join the Governance & Service Management area of a leading organization in the aviation and airport operations sector. In this role, you will support service governance activities end‑to‑end, including the definition and follow‑up of SLAs and KPIs, coordination with internal teams and suppliers, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable and high‑quality service delivery.
Lisbon – Hybrid model (3 days on‑site / 2 remote)
Direct contract with the client
What you will be doing
Support the definition, monitoring and reporting of SLAs, KPIs and service performance metrics
Assist in the end‑to‑end follow‑up of services from an operational and customer perspective
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and partners to ensure service commitments are met
Contribute to service governance frameworks, processes and documentation
