Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects related to loan processing systems, financing operations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Marketing, Accounting, IT, and Operations) to gather requirements and track project progress.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project charters, work plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Monitor project deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure tasks are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Support the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documentation of issues and coordination for resolution.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items with concerned departments or vendors.
