Role Overview
This role supports Branch and Self-Service Banking (SSB) initiatives, focusing on operational change, testing, and delivery excellence. The incumbent will manage UAT, testing strategy, stakeholder coordination, and operational readiness for multiple initiatives including IT migration, hardware deployment, and seasonal campaigns. The role is hands-on, involving physical machine testing and close engagement with business, technology, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on business and user requirements
Manage end-to-end UAT, including timelines, test execution, defect tracking, batch runs/re-runs, and daily test reporting
Perform hands-on UAT and physical machine testing on Branch and SSB platforms
Assess and propose testing approach and sign-off criteria, and obtain stakeholder concurrence
