Hays Recruitment has partnered up with an award winning home builder in Calgary. We are looking or a Property Accountant to join their team immediately, for a 3 month contract, with potential to extend. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, fully in office.
Your new role
Manage full‑cycle accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations for condominium corporations.Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial statements and supplementary financial reports.Input and maintain operating budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate financial plans.Collaborate closely with the Property Management Team to reconcile all receivable and payable accounts.Support external audit processes by preparing working papers, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries.Ensure all monthly financial and management reporting ispleted accurately and...
