This position is always open because Drumelia is constantly growing and because sales are at the core of everything we do. However, being always open does not mean it is easy to enter. We only look for people who can meet Drumelia's standards.
We are currently looking for Junior Property Consultants.
If you have no prior experience in real estate, you can join our structured 12-month training program. During this period, you will receive a fixed salary plus small commissions while being trained step by step, from the fundamentals to more advanced skills. By the end of the program, you will be ready to become a Property Consultant operating at Drumelia standards. It is important to understand that once promoted to Property Consultant, the role is 100% commission-based.
Throughout the training program, performance is closely monitored through clear objectives, regular feedback, and structured evaluations. Progression is earned, not automatic.
