Junior Property Manager(Construction)

Education & Experience

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.

2-3 years of experience in property management, facility management, or administrative roles.

English proficiency (written and spoken);

Proficiency in MSOffice;
experience with Autocad, BIM and Netsuite or similar ERPs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with logistics and industrial park development projects.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to property management.
