Key Responsibilities :

  • Material & Product Testing :

    Conduct online testing for incoming materials, in-process samples, and finished goods to ensure they meet the required quality standards.

  • Plant Hygiene Maintenance :

    Regularly check and maintain hygiene standards within the plant to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

  • Pre-dispatch Inspection :

    Perform thorough inspections of finished goods before dispatch, ensuring that products meet quality specifications and are free from defects.

  • Documentation & Compliance :

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to FSSAI standards, legal requirements, and company policies.Ensure all quality assurance and control processes are documented in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Manufacturing & Packaging Verification :

    Verify the quality parameters for manufacturing and packaging instruments, ensuring that machinery and equipment adhere to the defined operational standards.
