π° We're Hiring: Junior Quality Control Supervisor
π Location: Beirut Area
π’ Join Our Leading Patisserie Team!
π Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM β 4:00 PM
π Requirements:
β’2 to 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field
β’ Residing in the Beirut area
β’ Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
β’ Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
β’ Strong teamwork and communication skills
β’ Active learner with a proactive and responsible attitude
π§ Responsibilities:
β’ Monitor production at various stages to ensure high-quality standards
β’ Complete and maintain quality inspection checklists
β’ Ensure accurate labeling of all products
β’ Conduct routine food safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with company policies
β’ Report any quality issues or non-compliance to the appropriate team
β’ Oversee hygiene and sanitation practices; ensure cleaning staff follow all protocols
β’ Inspect workspaces for cleanliness, proper organization, and hygiene
β’ Ensure semi-finished and ready-to-eat products are correctly stored before delivery to branches
