Position: Junior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Visayas & Mindanao Projects
Qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil)
Minimum 6 months experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills
Knowledge of construction materials, cost estimation, and project documentation
Familiarity with engineering drawings and project plans
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of materials
Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure accuracy
Support senior surveyors in quantifying materials and labor requirements
Help maintain proper documentation and reporting for projects
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for smooth workflow
