Position: Junior Quantity Surveyor
Industry: Construction / Engineering
Location: Visayas & Mindanao Projects
Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil)
- Minimum 6 Months Experience As a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills
- Knowledge of construction materials, cost estimation, and project documentation
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and project plans
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of materials
- Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure accuracy
- Support senior surveyors in quantifying materials and labor requirements
- Help maintain proper documentation and reporting for projects
