Job Description

We are presently recruiting for a junior Quantity Surveyor for our clints in County Kerry. Working with senior staff members you will gain hands on experience in all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering for insulation projects. You will manage project finances, track variations, liaise with work crews and ensure accurate valuations. Under guidance, you will learn to optimize costs while maintaining quality and compliance across commercial and residential insulation works.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and project budgets for insulation works

  • Support tendering processes including measurement and pricing of materials/labour

  • Monitor and control project costs, variations, and valuations

  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams

  • Assist with the preparation of interim and final valuations
