JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Tender Submission Preparation
  • Attend site valuations, prepare, evaluate and submit progress claims, VO and final account to Client
  • Collaborate with Client, Consultant, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors
  • Sub contract support management: Assist to prepare LOA, Work Order, LOI, claims, payments, VOs, final account & etc
  • Cost Analysis: To obtain quotations, compare and verification including technical specifications
  • Verification of works: To verify works done and joint site valuation & measurement with contractor
  • Establishment of cost elements / trades
  • Taking off & measurement and Prepare BQ
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD

WORKING DAYS:

  • Monday to Friday (8.30 am - 6.00 pm)
  • HQ Plaza Mont Kiara
