Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Details:

• Basic: Up to $3500 + VB
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM – 5:30PM) / once per month Sat (8:30AM – 12PM)
• Location: Tuas, walking distance from MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement, contracts, budgeting, cost control, cashflow and project administration
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, RFQs and cost analyses
• Manage progress claims, site valuations and variation orders
• Maintain and update contract documents, drawings and correspondence
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients and internal project teams
• Track directly purchased materials and monitor outstanding balances
• Prepare reports, budgets, risk assessments and related documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects
