Qualifications

Graduate of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil)

Minimum 6 Months Experience As a Quantity Surveyor

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills
  • Knowledge of construction materials, cost estimation, and project documentation
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and project plans

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of materials
  • Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure accuracy
  • Support senior surveyors in quantifying materials and labor requirements
  • Help maintain proper documentation and reporting for projects
