With clients across India, the US, and Europe, we’re now scaling our product and looking for engineers who want to work on serious AI + Learning problems, not just forms and dashboards.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll own the frontend for:

  • Our AI-powered Course Creator (slide builder, synced narration, interactivity)
  • JSON-driven dynamic learning modules
  • Learner dashboards, competency maps, and progress analytics
  • Admin interfaces with real-time AI-based reporting
  • AI Coach UI (MCP-powered)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable, modular interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS
  • Implement dynamic layouts that render JSON-driven eLearning content (e.G., quizzes, comparisons, video + text sync, etc.)
  • Integrate with AI APIs (OpenAI, custom models, Pinecone, etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ship fast
  • Optimize performance for both mobile and desktop learners
  • Follow clean code practices, reusable component design, and proper state management (Zustand/Redux)

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years experience in frontend development using React
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and working in a component-driven architecture
  • Familiarity with Git, branching workflows, and debugging tools
  • Strong design-to-code translation skills (Figma, XD)

Bonus Points for Experience In

  • EdTech, SaaS, or LMS platforms
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or MCP (Multi-Chain Prompting) frameworks
  • Vector databases (e.G., Pinecone, Weaviate)
  • Canvas rendering, animations (Lottie/GSAP), or SCORM/xAPI content playback
  • AI-generated UI/UX experiences or in-product AI assistants
