Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' dynamic HR team as a HR Junior Recruiter based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, WITH WORK ONSITE, 9AM - 6PM, FIXED WEEKENDS OFF. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's talent acquisition efforts and helping to build a high-performing workforce.
What you'll be doing/ Responsibilities:
● Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to qualify and understand requirements of the role. (What is a good to have vs must have etc)
● Strong focus on direct sourcing on LinkedIn as well as local job boards. Must be able to come up with boolean search strings and use LinkedIn Recruiter advanced search
● Screen candidates and ask effective questions to gauge both technical skills and culture fit
● Manage the full cycle of recruitment from role qualification, candidate sourcing, interviewing to offer management/ negotiatio...
