Amadora is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Junior Recruiter  with hands-on experience in the QSR / food & beverage industry  to help us build strong store and operations teams across locations.

Role Overview

As a Junior Recruiter at Amadora, you’ll manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and junior management roles, ensuring we bring in people who fit both the role and our culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for QSR roles (store staff, supervisors, kitchen & ops roles)
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and basic hiring reports
