Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter who will support full-cycle hiring across construction, engineering, and othertechnical roles. This position is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who is eager to build strong sourcing and interviewing skills while working closely with Senior Recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and targeted searches.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and role fit.
• Support recruitment for construction and engineering roles.
• Maintain candidate records and talent pipelines in the ATS or tracking sheets.
• Assist in preparing job postings and recruitment marketing materials.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with Senior Recruiters regarding hiring priorities and talent pipeline needs.
