Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining communication with hiring managers, updating the applicant tracking system, and providing a positive candidate experience. The Junior Recruiter will also collaborate with team members to implement recruitment strategies and ensure the selection of top-tier talent.
