Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter (Sourcing) to support our recruitment team by actively sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various open roles. This position is ideal for someone starting a career in recruitment and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct initial resume screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure candidate information is accurately updated in recruitment trackers and systems
