Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the recruitment process for positions across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). This will require creating sourcing plans, leading interviews, creating offer letters, assessing results of due diligence, and managing post hire inquiries.

  • Create equitable salary recommendations leveraging knowledge of job profiles, internal salary structure, collective bargaining agreements, and the labour market. 

  • Work with team leaders to create and distribute extension letters.

  • This role requires approximately 25% travel to career events across Canada.

  • Who you’ll work with:
    You will work closely with hiring managers across the CRS, collaborating often with People and Culture team members to best meet their needs.
