Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyse salary data, market trends, and internal pay structures.
• Support the development of market data reports and remuneration dashboards.

Benchmarking

• Complete individual position matches to provide market data recommendations to the business.
• Contribute to market salary surveys

Compliance

• Ensure pay compliance with the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and company policies.
• WGEA
• Support compliance gender reporting requirements

Remuneration Reviews

• Support annual salary review and bonus processes.
• Support operational execution of cyclical process.

Systems & Tools

• Maintain Workday (HRIS) and remuneration databases.
