Responsibilities

  • Maintains customers database by submitting Customers Application Form for new and updated customer and account information
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following SAP ERP system and documentation flow, Contract Management, Sales Order, Delivery Order
  • Update data in SAP ERP System; accurately and in timely manner
  • Liaison with Logistic team for delivery to customers based on customers request date
  • Shipment confirmation with purchasing team
  • Generate work orders for production team.
  • Compile and update employee records, check and calculate monthly claim and allowances
  • Record and update collection with account department and follow up on debtors’ payment
  • Arrange Invoices and Delivery Order to customers via email
  • Filing administrative task and assist in day-to-day operation
  • Issue Contract Management, Sales Order and Delivery order
