Responsibilities
- Maintains customers database by submitting Customers Application Form for new and updated customer and account information
- Maintains data entry requirements by following SAP ERP system and documentation flow, Contract Management, Sales Order, Delivery Order
- Update data in SAP ERP System; accurately and in timely manner
- Liaison with Logistic team for delivery to customers based on customers request date
- Shipment confirmation with purchasing team
- Generate work orders for production team.
- Compile and update employee records, check and calculate monthly claim and allowances
- Record and update collection with account department and follow up on debtors’ payment
- Arrange Invoices and Delivery Order to customers via email
- Filing administrative task and assist in day-to-day operation
- Issue Contract Management, Sales Order and Delivery order
