Job Description

We are looking for

a driven and enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.


Your role in BizAway

  • Be an admin for Salesforce and other tools of our Sales Stack. 
  • Manage tickets by our Sales team in a fast and proactive manner, to ensure continuity of operations
  • Create and Analyze sales reports to deliver to different stakeholders (internal and external) maintaining data accuracy and easy accessibility.
  • Work on delicate CRM operations such as massive data import / export / update, ensuring data integrity
  • Analyse sales processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Work on heterogeneous projects assigned by your manager


    • Your basic qualifications

  • High level of English, both written and spoken 
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Sales Operations/Operations
