Junior Salesforce Developer

As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you’ll help design, build, and customize Salesforce applications that solve real business challenges. Working alongside senior developers and business stakeholders, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle—from gathering requirements to delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Work with senior developers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  

• Build Salesforce solutions using declarative tools like Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, and Flow
  

• Customize functionality with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  

• Help integrate third-party apps, plugins, and APIs into the Salesforce ecosystem
  

• Conduct unit tests, support system testing, and troubleshoot issues
  

• Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for performance and quality improvements
  

• Assist with deploying Salesforce solutions to production
  

• Stay up to date with new Salesforce features, tools, and best practices
  

• Contribute to technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
  

• Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  

• Familiarity with Salesforce tools (Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Flow) and programming (Apex, Visualforce)
  

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus
  

• Eagerness to learn and keep up with the latest Salesforce innovations
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  

• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator) are a bonus but not required
